6063 T6 aluminum plate is a commonly used aluminum alloy material, belonging to the 6063 series, with its main components being aluminum, magnesium, and silicon. The 6063 T6 aluminum alloy undergoes solution heat treatment and artificial aging, resulting in excellent mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance.

6063 T6 aluminum plate is a high-performance aluminum material commonly used in the construction, transportation, and mechanical industries. Through appropriate surface treatments, the 6063 T6 aluminum plate can also provide long-term durability.

Surface Treatment Methods Description
Anodizing After anodizing treatment, the surface of 6063 T6 aluminum plate forms a hard oxide film, significantly improving its corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Additionally, anodizing offers a variety of color options, meeting the decorative needs, and is widely used in the construction and decoration industries.
Coating 6063 T6 aluminum plate can be coated with various colors of paint. This treatment not only enhances the aesthetics but also improves the aluminum plate's weather resistance and corrosion resistance. Coating is suitable for products requiring specific appearances, and colors can be customized according to customer needs.
Polishing After polishing, the surface of 6063 T6 aluminum plate becomes smooth and glossy, often used for products with high appearance requirements, such as furniture, architectural exterior decorations, etc. Polishing not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also improves the aluminum plate's resistance to dirt.
